AUDITIONS

Auditions for the 2012-2013 school year will take place the week of March 19th, 2012. Sign-Up Sheets will be available on the Choir Room Door (C219) -- Sign up for a time!!

REMEMBER: If you would like help preparing for your audition, there will be a list of Student Tutors who are eager to help!

CSH Auditions consist of the following:

Written Proficiency (Note name recognition, music notation identification, and solfege identification)
Vocalization
Prepared Solo - Click HERE for Solo
Aural Recall
Sight Reading


Written Paragraph addressing the following items: (Chantones & Charisma Only)

Singing Background (previous choral experience)
Level of commitment to an advanced choral group
Why do want to be a member of Chantones and/or Charisma?
What do believe you can contribute to the group?

Auditions are evaluated on a point system. Students/Parents may always schedule an appointment with Mr. Jackson to view the results of their audition and receive feedback at anytime.
